Just wanted to say how deeply upsetting it is to think about Darius Freeman and all the potential that was stolen from him at such a young age. It's so hard to wrap my head around how a robbery could escalate to such violence. I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family and friends are going through right now. Does anyone know if there are efforts in the Sheraden community to honor his memory or perhaps initiatives to address violence in the area? I think it’s essential we find ways to support Darius’s loved ones and the community as they navigate this horrible time. Any updates on how the family is holding up or any community actions would be much appreciated.
