Did anyone else notice the lack of prior incidents or warning signs in the Callender case? This family seemed so close-knit, according to neighbors, and there’s no mention of previous violence. I can't get over how unheard of this kind of thing was for them. It’s just mind-blowing and sad that something like this could happen without any clear precursor. It makes you wonder if there were subtle signs that just weren't picked up on or if this was truly unexpected. I really feel for the surviving family members who have to come to terms with such a devastating tragedy. It must be incredibly difficult to reconcile this with their memories and experiences of their loved ones. Thoughts?
Has anyone else been following the updates on the Callender case? I’ve been thinking about the neighbors and how they must be coping with all of this. It’s such a quiet neighborhood, and from what I’ve read, the family was well-known and liked. To have something so devastating happen right next door must have been a huge shock. I can’t imagine what it must be like to feel safe and secure in your community one day and then have it shattered so suddenly. It really drives home the idea that we never truly know what’s happening behind closed doors. Sending strength to all those affected, and hoping for some answers that might bring a little peace to everyone involved.
