I've been following the case of Michael Cox, and it's truly distressing to see how gun violence can shatter lives and communities. I've been thinking a lot about the role of the community in supporting families who are victims of such tragedies. In Michael's case, it seems like his family and friends have shown incredible strength during this unimaginably difficult time. I wonder if there are community support groups or initiatives in Harrisburg that have been stepping in to help those affected? It’s crucial for communities to rally around the families in their darkest moments, helping them cope while also advocating for change to prevent more lives from being lost this way. Supporting the bereaved families and pushing for meaningful action on gun violence can go hand in hand. My heart goes out to everyone who knew Michael and to all those in Harrisburg facing the ripple effects of such violence.
