I came across the case of Raymond Singleton recently, and it's incredibly upsetting that his murder is still unsolved after all these years. I can't even imagine the pain and frustration his family must feel, knowing justice hasn't been served. It’s another stark reminder of the tough situations facing Detroit families affected by violence. I was wondering if any forum members have thoughts on possible ways the community could lend support to law enforcement efforts in these cold cases. Are there any successful programs or community initiatives from other cities that have helped improve witness cooperation or provided families with more support during these tough times? It feels like there must be something more that can be done, not only for Raymond's family but for all those affected by similar tragedies. Just hoping that one day soon, advancements in forensics or renewed community efforts bring some answers and peace to those still waiting.
