Just heard about the sentencing in Milan Loncar's tragic case, and I can't stop thinking about the impact this has had on his community. It’s reassuring to see justice served, but the fact that his accomplice hasn't been caught is disturbing. Anyone else feel like there’s a piece of the puzzle still missing? The footage clearly helped with Davis's conviction, but imagining how hard it must be for Milan’s family knowing that another person involved is out there. How are they coping with this information, especially since Milan was known for being so kind-hearted and gentle? Sending all my thoughts to Roo and the Loncar family—it’s a painful reminder of how precious life is and how much needs to be done to prevent things like this from happening again.
I've been thinking a lot about Milan Loncar's dog, Roo, and how traumatized she must be from losing her best friend so suddenly. It's just heartbreaking that such a sweet life was caught up in this senseless act. Dogs have this incredible intuition, and I can only imagine how confused and scared Roo must have been during and after the incident.
