Hey everyone,
I was reading up on the disappearance of Nicholas Begich and Hale Boggs, and something struck me about Russell L. Brown, Begich's aide who was also on the plane. There's barely any information available about him, and I can't help but wonder why that is. I get that Begich and Boggs were high-profile figures, which naturally drew more attention to their end of the story, but Brown was missing too. Has anyone come across any more details about Brown in their research? Like, who he was, where he came from, or even just a photo? Seems odd that someone involved in such a high-profile case has so little information available.
I understand the focus is often on Begich and Boggs due to their political significance, but I'd be interested in any insights others may have about Russell L. Brown. Could lack of information point to anything beyond him just being a private individual? It's been over 50 years, and yet there's this gap in what's known. Anyone else think this might be significant or just a case of someone being overshadowed?
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
