It's truly gut-wrenching to think about what Ramon's family is going through right now. The randomness of the attack just makes it all the more unsettling. I stumbled upon this part of the case that talked about the Wawa employee who stepped up during the chaos. It's amazing how people can rise to the occasion in such terrifying situations. I can't even imagine the courage it must have taken for that employee to try and protect others while wondering if they were next. It makes you think about how we depend on everyday heroes when we least expect it. Ramon's memory is certainly not lost on this community, as his life was tragically taken in such a senseless way. I hope his family can find some comfort in knowing that his story continues to touch so many hearts and that we all stand in solidarity with them.
