I just came across this case, and it's truly devastating to think about how many lives were shattered by this one act. I want to focus on the PFA (Protection from Abuse) order that Christina filed. I can't help but wonder how often these petitions are denied and what criteria are used to make those decisions. It seems like a huge missed opportunity to potentially prevent this tragedy. My heart goes out to Suzanne's family, especially her daughters and grandchildren, who are left to navigate life without her. It's infuriating when the system doesn't provide the protection it promises. If anyone knows more about how the approval process works or similar cases, I'd really like to understand how we can push for change to prevent further tragedies.
