I’ve been following the case of Jamorr Mathis, and what really stands out is the lingering fear and uncertainty in the Sheraden community. It’s unsettling to think of the people in that neighborhood now feeling unsafe in places they once frequented without worry. Craig's Bar, where the tragedy unfolded, should have been just a spot for socializing and unwinding, not a scene of violence. My heart goes out to Jamorr's family and friends who have to cope with not only his loss but also the unsettling lack of answers and accountability. It’s important for everyone involved to feel some sense of security and trust that justice will be served. It seems like the community is in this tough spot where they want to come together but are understandably shaken. I hope the authorities can get the help they need to wrap this up, and that the community can begin to heal from such a traumatic event. Anyone else from Pittsburgh who feels this tension? It's so frustrating not to have closure.
