Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Cape Chiniak plane crash case closely and can't stop thinking about the challenges of recovering wreckage from the sea. The Grumman Goose went down in pretty remote waters, and from what I've read, that area’s notorious for its unpredictable currents and difficult weather conditions. Does anyone here know more about how recovery operations typically work in such harsh environments? What tech is usually used, and how do they overcome these kinds of natural hurdles? It's tough knowing that people like Larry Carr, Frank Rodman, and Alex Inga are still out there somewhere. Just hoping the search teams have everything they need to bring some closure. Would love to hear any insights or similar cases, if you’ve got them! Thanks.
