Has anyone else been following the case of Charitza Rodriguez Reyes? I've been thinking a lot about the challenges the police are facing with this one, especially since no arrests have been made yet. It must be so tough for Charitza's family and the other victims to have no answers or sense of closure. It seems like such an unbearable thing to endure.
I know the police can only do so much, especially when it comes to getting people to come forward with information.
