Has anyone heard more specifics about the security measures at Woodpeckers Pub and Grub? I know they're a small, local place, but it's shocking to me that someone could bring a .45 caliber gun inside without anyone noticing. I wonder if this incident will push them or other local bars to reconsider their security protocols. It’s just astonishing and saddening to think that Randy Jenereaux was out with family enjoying a normal evening that turned so tragic. My heart goes out to his twin brother and father, who must be dealing with unimaginable pain right now. It’s a reminder of how fast things can change and how important it is for venues to ensure a safer environment for patrons.
