Does anyone else find it curious how Michael Small's case seemed to stall despite the initial efforts of the police? I'm curious if there was ever any more specific public mention of the last place he was definitively seen. Did it get lost in the shuffle, or was there too little to work with? The family has been so proactive over the years, keeping his name out there. It's like a puzzle with missing pieces, and sometimes I wonder if there was something overlooked early on that might have pointed in the right direction.
