I’ve been following the discussion about Anton Ellis's tragic death, and something that keeps coming up in my mind is the bravery of those witnesses who came forward. With over 20 people on that porch, it's remarkable that some felt safe enough to provide details to the police in such a traumatic and chaotic situation. I can't even imagine the fear they must have felt, knowing the shooters were still out there. It really speaks to the resilience of the community in Germantown. I hope their courage helps bring the shooters to justice and offers some comfort to Anton's loved ones. Also, major kudos to the Philadelphia PD for responding so quickly and making an arrest within the week. Hopefully, justice will be served, and this serves as a step towards reducing gun violence in the area. Anyone else think community support plays a huge role in solving cases like this?
