Hello everyone,
I've been following the tragic case of Justin Robert Smith and Tyheim Tucker, and one angle that’s been bothering me is the community response and support (or lack thereof) for the families affected. Has anyone heard about any memorials or community gatherings that might have taken place in their honor? I think it’s crucial for us as a community to come together not only to mourn their loss but also to show support for the families dealing with this unimaginable pain.
I can't help but wonder if setting up more frequent neighborhood watch meetings or community discussions might help prevent similar tragedies. It seems like too often these young lives are lost, and we’re left asking what more could have been done. We need to advocate for more resources and outreach programs for the youth in Philadelphia. Just wanted to see if anyone else has similar thoughts or if there have been movements towards this already.
Stay safe everyone,
