I’ve been following the case of Zytavia Reed, and it’s just gnawing at me how these tragic acts keep happening. Does anyone have any insight into what measures are being taken on a community level? It seems like there’s always talk about strengthening bonds between residents and law enforcement, but are there any initiatives happening on the ground in Hunting Park that could help prevent another tragedy? From what I'm understanding, it appears the shooters had a plan going in, which makes me wonder if there was a larger issue or conflict at play here. It’s deeply unsettling to think someone could be so brazen as to fire so many shots in broad daylight. My heart goes out to Zytavia's family and the man who was injured—how are they supposed to find peace amidst this uncertainty and fear? I know there's a lot of work to be done in tackling gun violence in Philadelphia, but it feels like we’re just scratching the surface. Here's hoping more community initiatives can help bring about meaningful change and some justice for Zytavia.

The details of Zytavia Reed's murder just haunt me. I keep thinking about those 26 shots fired, and how terrifying that must have been for anyone nearby. It’s so frustrating that the gunmen felt bold enough to do this in broad daylight on a busy street. It’s not only devastating for Zytavia’s family and friends but also for the entire Hunting Park community living in fear of such violence. If anyone out there saw anything, no matter how small or insignificant it might seem, please come forward. Sometimes it's the smallest detail that can break a case wide open. We owe it to Zytavia and her loved ones to keep pushing and demanding justice. Philly needs to do better, and it starts with us speaking up. Stay safe everyone.
