I was looking through some old newspaper archives and found something interesting about Marcia Fischer's case. In an article from early 1982, it was mentioned that Marcia was last seen at a local bar on New Year's Eve, just hours before she disappeared. Witnesses reported that she was celebrating with friends but also appeared to have had a brief argument with an unnamed acquaintance. This detail caught my attention because it's not something I'd seen mentioned much in discussions about her disappearance. I wonder if this acquaintance was ever fully investigated or if there were any tensions between them that could have played a role. Has anyone else come across similar mentions or any info about this person? Might be a long shot, but maybe revisiting these early reports could unearth something useful for the investigation.
I was scrolling through some old news archives today and I found something interesting about Marcia Fischer's case. Apparently, just before her disappearance, she was seen at a diner with an unknown man. A waitress mentioned he seemed nervous. There’s been some speculation about who he might have been, but I haven't seen anything definitive. Does anyone else remember hearing or reading about this detail? I wonder why nothing more came from that lead. Maybe it’s a dead end, but it still makes you think about who she might have been with and where she went after the diner. Hope her family finds some peace soon.
