Has anyone looked into the significance of the location on Switzer Road where Calvin B. Strong was killed? I was just thinking about how the site of these kinds of crimes can sometimes tell us more than we realize at first glance. It's a rural area, right? I wonder if the isolation of Switzer Road made it a popular spot for these kinds of transactions back in the 90s, or if there's something else about that specific place.
Also, seeing as it happened away from busy commercial or residential areas, maybe the shooter knew it would be a while before anyone found Calvin, buying them more time to escape. It's so frustrating that, after all these years, we still don't have more clarity on what happened. It must be incredibly hard for Calvin’s family, especially knowing his passenger was unharmed and could hold some more answers. Keeping them in my thoughts and hoping someone comes forward with new info soon.

I’ve been following the murder case of Calvin B. Strong from 1997 and something that’s been bothering me is the role of the witness who was in the car with him. It's haunting to think about how terrifying it must have been to witness such a horrific event firsthand. I can’t imagine the emotional toll this would have taken on them, not to mention the fear of being left unharmed when they could have been targeted too. Does anyone know if the passenger ever came forward with more information? Thinking about how they might hold key details that could help bring Calvin’s murderer to justice. It’s so disturbing how this case remains unsolved after all these years, leaving his family and friends without closure. Hoping for any updates that might provide a break in this cold case.

Has anyone else been following the Calvin B. Strong case from '97? I keep thinking about how calculated the shooter must have been during the encounter. It’s unsettling to think they managed to ambush him so effectively, and then vanished without a trace.
