I stumbled upon Dante D. Walker's case recently, and I've been thinking a lot about the circumstances surrounding his tragic death. It's upsetting that someone lost their life in such a senseless act of violence. What really hits me is that Dante was trying to seek help after being shot and made it to the porch of 684 Merton Avenue, only to collapse there. I can't imagine the fear and desperation he felt in those moments. It's heartbreaking that justice still hasn't been served, leaving his family and friends in such a painful limbo. They deserve closure and peace. I hope the community keeps rallying around them and that we see some progress in the investigation soon. If anyone has information, no matter how small, please consider reaching out to the authorities. Dante's story deserves an ending that brings some semblance of justice.

It must be incredibly tough for the residents of that house at 684 Merton Avenue. Has anyone else looked into the 684 Merton Avenue location where Dante was found? It’s so puzzling to me that he was out there on the porch after being shot. Did he know anyone at that address, or was it just the first place he stumbled upon, hoping for help? I can’t imagine the fear and desperation he must have felt, trying to reach out for safety and assistance. It’s been years, but I hope someone out there with information will help provide answers to give his family some peace.
