Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the Garza family case—especially about Zoila's young niece, Rebecca. It's just so devastating to hear about a life cut short at such a tender age. I feel we haven't talked enough about what Rebecca’s world might have been like. Fifteen is such a pivotal age—full of potential and dreams. I can’t help but wonder about her hopes and aspirations, and it’s heart-wrenching to know she won’t have the chance to explore those dreams. I hope the community can rally behind Rebecca’s friends and fellow students. The loss of a peer is incredibly difficult, and it's crucial to provide support for anyone affected by this tragedy. If anyone knows of any initiatives or memorials being organized in her memory, please share. It would be nice to remember her for the joy she brought to those around her, even if her time was far too short. Sending strength and condolences to everyone involved, LJHotrod77

I’ve been thinking a lot about the Garza tragedy lately, especially the impact that Robert Garza Sr.’s military background might have had on his mental health. Being a Vietnam War veteran, I can only imagine the challenges he faced during and after his service. It’s so important to recognize the psychological struggles that veterans often endure. It’s incredibly sad to think about the Garzas losing their lives this way when perhaps there could have been an opportunity for intervention or support. My heart goes out to those who knew and loved Zoila, Christine, and Rebecca. If there’s any silver lining, maybe it’s raising awareness about mental health, especially among those who have served in the military. If anyone from the community sees this, know that we’re all holding the Garza family in our thoughts and offering our support.
