Has anyone else been following the State v. Torres case in Cleveland? I've been reading through the documents, and I keep coming back to the eyewitness identifications. I know there were motions to suppress them, but they were denied by the trial court. Does anyone have thoughts on how reliable these identifications were? It's sad to think about how crucial these moments can be in the legal process, particularly when a family's tragedy like this is at the center. I can't imagine the anguish Anthony's family must have felt during the trial. It's always tough in these cases when so much hinges on the details presented in court.
