I’ve been thinking about how much the Walker family has endured throughout this whole ordeal. It must be incredibly difficult to find some form of peace, especially when the murder charges against Kennedy were dropped. I can't imagine how disheartening it must feel knowing a key witness’s death has halted the legal process. But I really admire how the Walker family shifted their focus and channeled their pain into something positive by engaging with the community. It shows remarkable strength and bravery.
Their decision to use social media and community efforts to gather more information just speaks volumes about their resilience. It must offer them some comfort to know that people in the community are supporting them and want justice for George too. I'm hopeful, like so many others, that all their efforts won't go in vain and that the ongoing investigation will bring about some much-needed closure.
