I'm still thinking about the impact of Kosta Karageorge's tragic passing, especially regarding athlete safety. It's haunting to realize the pressures and challenges these young athletes face, often without adequate support. The fact he felt so alone and in distress is heart-wrenching. It makes me wonder if schools and sports organizations are doing enough to address mental health and concussion protocols. The CTE finding, even at stage one, is another reminder that concussions are indeed more serious than many might assume. It's just so important for these issues to get the attention they deserve, hopefully leading to change that could save lives in the future. My heart goes out to Kosta’s family and friends; they’re in my thoughts.
