Does anyone else find it strange that there were no witnesses, especially since Surinder Kumar Dahwan disappeared from what seems like a fairly public area near 1300 Tonnelle Avenue? North Bergen isn't exactly a deserted area, even back in '89. You'd think someone would have seen something, even if it was just a glimpse of something unusual. It's been over 30 years, and I'm curious if anyone around then remembers anything at all, even the smallest detail. Sometimes people remember things that didn't seem important at the time but turn out to be crucial pieces of the puzzle. Maybe it's worth asking again if there are locals who were around at that time. It’s sad that his case has gone so cold, but new eyes on the case might just bring the fresh perspective that’s needed. Thoughts?

I stumbled upon the case of Surinder Kumar Dahwan while diving into some older missing persons stories, and it sparked a question: Could the significant number of transportation routes near 1300 Tonnelle Avenue in North Bergen have played a role in his disappearance? With highways and major roads converging in that area, it's possible that his abductors could have quickly left the scene, making it harder for investigators to trace their steps back then. Given the traffic in urban areas, it's fascinating to think about how this complex infrastructure might affect missing persons cases. Have any highway-related leads or witness accounts ever surfaced over the years? It would be interesting to see if anyone noticed anything suspicious in such a busy locale.

Has anyone else ever looked into the area where Surinder Kumar Dahwan went missing? I've been going through some old articles and keep seeing the address, 1300 Tonnelle Avenue in North Bergen, come up in discussions about his case. It seems odd to me that for such a potentially dangerous area (if the abduction theory is to be believed), there isn't much follow-up in the years since his disappearance. Has anything changed in the neighborhood that might shed light on what happened back then? Perhaps local changes over the decades might have buried certain details or altered the landscape in ways that detectives couldn’t foresee back in '89. Would love to hear if anyone from around there might have any additional insights or stories handed down from those who lived through that time.
