Has anyone looked into the rising crime rates around East 145th and Kinsman Road? It seems like violence has been escalating in that area, and the tragic case of Murdock Drake just highlights the dangers residents face. I can't imagine the heartache for his family and his kids growing up without their dad. It's really unnerving to think that Richard Lee Theodore Stevenson, the suspect, was known to be armed and dangerous, yet managed to evade the police. I'm wondering if there were enough resources dedicated to finding him sooner. Maybe more community action or policing could have helped, but hindsight is always clearer. Hoping for justice and peace for Murdock’s loved ones.
