I was reading about Glenn Stepp's case and something struck me about the timing of his murder. Being shot on Thanksgiving Day must have been especially devastating for his family. It's a day that's supposed to be about gratitude and togetherness, but for his loved ones, it turned into a day of sorrow. I can't help but think about all the memories they now have tied to that date. This community is small enough that such a crime sends ripples through everyone's lives. I genuinely hope they have strong support around them to help navigate such a difficult time. It's a small comfort to know the suspect was apprehended so quickly, but it doesn't make the loss any less profound. Anyone else feel the same way?
