Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about the role of community participation in helping solve cases like LaQuita Robinson's. It’s so disheartening to hear that after all these years, her killer is still out there. One thing I keep coming back to is how crucial it is for people who might’ve been near the scene or heard something (even if it seems unimportant) to speak up. I can’t imagine the pain LaQuita's family and friends must feel knowing justice hasn’t been served. It breaks my heart to see how many cases remain unsolved because folks hesitate to come forward with what they know. Whether it’s fear or distrust, it’s essential that communities find ways to encourage and protect those who might have crucial info. More than just investigating, we all need to support initiatives that build trust between law enforcement and local residents. Maybe these small steps could lead to justice for LaQuita and Tyisha. Does anyone here know what kind of community outreach programs exist in Cleveland or have ideas on effective ways to bridge this gap? Sending strength to everyone affected by this tragedy. ?
