I can't stop thinking about the ripple effect tragedies like this have on a community. Knowing that Draon Gray was so young, with his whole life ahead of him, it's really striking how one moment of violence can change everything. I came across a post from someone who lived nearby, and they mentioned how the neighborhood lit up with sirens right after and how surreal it was, given it was such a quiet place. It makes you wonder what pushes someone to commit such an act and why it happened in a seemingly safe environment. I’ve seen people around here organize marches and vigils, and it's clear the community is trying to heal and come together. My heart goes out to Draon's family and friends. I hope those who know something will have the courage to speak up and help bring justice to this case. Communities shouldn't have to live in fear or worry about losing another young soul.
