Does anyone have any information about what was happening in Akron around the time Ralph Hartwell Jr. was killed? It’s so awful to think his family is still waiting for answers. I keep wondering if there were any events in the area on May 12, 2018, that might have caused more people than usual to be around Manchester Road at 2:36 PM. Maybe someone saw something without even realizing it was related to Ralph’s case. I hope more awareness and fresh eyes can bring something to light for his loved ones.
