It's been a few years since Oscar Caywood's case went to court, and I still can’t get over how unexpected this all seemed from the outside. What really perplexes me is the dynamic between these guys. Earl Charity admitted that Oscar was a good friend, yet he got involved in something that ended in Oscar's murder. I keep wondering what kind of situation led them to end up in a garage with weapons and Caywood’s belongings. Do we know if there was a hidden fallout, or was it just an opportunistic crime gone wrong? It's hard to reconcile how someone could do this to a friend, and I just feel so deeply for Oscar’s family—how do you ever make sense of something so senseless? If anyone has more insights or theories as to what might have been happening between these men, I'd be interested in hearing them. It's tough dealing with not having all the answers.

I've been following the Oscar Caywood case closely and can't stop thinking about the role the weapons played in this terrible crime. From the reports, it seems like there were 10 guns and several sharp instruments, including a meat cleaver, found at the scene. It's chilling to imagine what happened inside that garage. Why on earth were there so many weapons involved? It makes me wonder if this was planned or if things spiraled out of control in the heat of the moment. I genuinely hope that Oscar's family finds some peace, knowing the responsibility wasn't left unpunished. It must be so hard to process that someone you cared about suffered such a violent end. My thoughts are with them during this incredibly tough time.
