I was reading up on the tragic case of Keisha Wells, and one thing that really stood out to me was how the investigation seems to have stalled. It’s so frustrating and disheartening to see another case involving a transgender individual not getting the attention it desperately needs. From what I’ve read, it sounds like Keisha was such a bright light in her community—generous and kind-hearted. It just doesn't make sense to me how someone so loved could be taken away so violently, and yet there’s been no real movement towards finding who did this. Does anyone have any thoughts on why the police haven’t made any arrests? What more can be done to push for justice in cases like hers? My heart goes out to her family and friends—they deserve answers and some kind of closure.
