I've been following Scott Williams' case closely and something that keeps sticking with me is the location of where he was shot—100 block of Rice Street. It's so baffling that it was a busy area and yet, as far as we know, no witnesses have come forward with any substantial information. I can't help but feel for Scott's family and friends, living with this huge void and knowing whoever did this is still out there. It's unsettling, and I really hope someone who might have been around that area just takes a moment to think back and share anything they remember, no matter how small it seems. Every little bit helps in piecing together the puzzle. Sending strength and love to all those who knew Scott. ?
