Organizing a dance benefit not only pays tribute to Tamara's passion for dancing but also brings the community together to remember her light. It feels so important for communities to have spaces to grieve and celebrate the lives that were cut too short by senseless violence. I hope events like these inspire more awareness and action against gun violence among teens. Does anyone have any more information on how the benefit went? Was the turnout as supportive as I'm hoping it was? My heart goes out to Tamara’s family, friends, and everyone who was touched by her bright spirit.
