Has anyone else read about the details surrounding how the neighborhood interactions played out before the tragedy? It’s so jarring to think about how a dispute over something as mundane as a fence could escalate to such a horrifying extent. Especially among neighbors who presumably saw each other regularly. It's just so sad. I genuinely feel for Mr. Capshaw's family; nobody should ever have to lose a loved one over such preventable circumstances. Rest in peace, Mr. Capshaw. His friends and loved ones must have felt utterly blindsided by this. What's even more troubling is how common these types of disputes are. We often hear about feuding neighbors, but this is a stark reminder of how important it is to not let things escalate.
