Did anyone else come across Joey's poetry? I heard he was quite the talented poet during his high school years. It's so tragic to think that someone with such a creative mind and a love for expressing himself through words had his life taken so suddenly. I can't even imagine what his family must be going through, knowing that the person capable of such beauty had his voice silenced so early. I'm curious if his poetry has been shared publicly or if there's a way for the community to come together to celebrate his work. Maybe his poems could help inspire others or shed some light on who he was as a person beyond this tragedy. Anyone have any info or thoughts? His love for both football and poetry seems like an interesting mix, but it also shows what a well-rounded individual he was. My heart goes out to his family and friends.

I’ve been following Sherman "Joey" Moody's case for a while, and every time I think about it, I can't help but feel for his family. It's just so hard to imagine what his mom, Michelle, must be going through, especially considering all the potential Joey had. He seemed like someone who was genuinely multitalented, balancing his love for poetry and basketball with his enthusiasm for football. What stands out to me is the sheer emptiness his absence must leave, especially for his kids. Growing up without a dad in their lives is unimaginable. I’m hoping the community continues to rally together, not just in remembering him, but in supporting his family during this incredibly difficult time. It feels so important that his case doesn't go cold. If anyone has any information, no matter how small, it could make a huge difference. Stay strong, Moody family, and know there are many of us hoping for justice to be served.
