Does anyone know if there were any recent initiatives or programs in the Cincinnati Police Department for mental health support around the time of Arthur Schultz’s death? It's just so tragic to think that someone who dedicated almost three decades to serving and protecting the community might have been struggling in silence. I've read that law enforcement can be such an intensely stressful field, and the officers really need support systems more than ever. I wonder if Arthur’s tragic passing led to any changes or improvements in how departments approach mental health care for their officers. It's a crucial area we should focus on, as it's painful to lose dedicated officers like Schultz to such heartache. My deepest sympathies go out to his family and fellow officers during this incredibly tough time.
