Hey everyone,
I've been following Zak's case quietly for a while and wanted to talk about something that really stands out to me—the solid community support for his family. It's truly remarkable how friends, family, and even strangers have rallied around them, especially through that benefit at Papa's Tavern. Raising over $9,000 says a lot about how much Zak meant to everyone.
It's these acts of kindness and solidarity that seem to keep his memory alive and fuel the determination to find answers. I hope we continue to see more of this unity, not just for justice but as a reminder of the positive impact Zak had on his community.
Every little piece of information or shared memory might just be what pushes the investigation forward. Keep supporting the family and let’s keep Zak in our thoughts.

Hey everyone, just wanted to pop in and talk about something that's been on my mind regarding Mike "Zak" Zakrzewski's case. I've been thinking about the local music scene in Toledo and how incredibly tight-knit it can be. Zak was such a loved figure, not just as a musician but as a person who truly brought people together through his love of music.
I came across some photos and memories from past gigs and couldn't help but notice how vibrant and joyous those gatherings were. The night of his untimely passing, he wasn't even the target, which makes this all the more perplexing and tragic. I can't imagine the pain his bandmates and close friends must feel when they see an empty spot at the mic where he should be.
It’s so important for us to keep talking about this case and offer whatever support we can to the investigators, so they continue pushing forward to find answers. Zak deserves justice, and his family and friends deserve peace. Let’s keep this conversation alive. If anyone has heard anything new or if there are any plans for more community events, please keep us posted here. Sending love to everyone who knew and loved Zak.
