It speaks volumes that people still light candles and leave flowers at the community park as a tribute to him. While there’s an absence of details on what led to his untimely departure, what remains undeniable is the light he brought to those around him. Joseph seemed to truly understand the importance of fostering community spirit and kindness—qualities we need more than ever.
