I can’t stop thinking about the role the community played in bringing justice for Christopher Lee Campbell. Sometimes, in tragic situations like this, the solidarity and action of the community help to reaffirm my faith in humanity. It must have been incredibly difficult for those who knew him to come forward and recount what they saw, but it's a reminder of how important it is to speak up. My heart goes out to Chris's family and friends. No one should have to go through this kind of loss. It's comforting to know that people who didn’t even know Chris personally cared enough to ensure justice was served. It’s a somber reminder of the power we all have in shaping the outcomes in our communities.
