Has anyone else been following the updates on the trial? I just can't stop thinking about how tragic it is that Emilia, who seemed to genuinely care about her community, was taken from us in such a horrible way. I used to visit Taqueria La Autentica Michoacana quite often, and it breaks my heart every time I pass by it now. It’s hard to believe that someone she trusted, someone who shared her passion for the restaurant, could be responsible for this. I read that the community effort at the vigil was quite powerful. If anything, it shows that Emilia impacted many lives, and people truly want justice for her. Does anyone know if there's been any progress or new information out there? Honestly, my thoughts are with her family and everyone who was close to her. It must be such a difficult time for them.
