Was anyone else struck by the fact that Jaron Gist was attacked in broad daylight? It's terrifying to think that someone could be so brazen. This kind of blatant violence makes me wonder how safe any of us really are, especially when going about our daily routines. How could something like this happen in such a public setting, and yet there’s still no justice for Jaron? My thoughts are with his family and friends. I can't imagine the pain they're going through, still waiting for answers more than a decade later. Here's hoping someone finds the courage to come forward with information that could help solve this case. Surely someone out there knows something.
