Jalen's case really got me thinking about the role community support plays in solving these tragedies. It's been almost four years, and it breaks my heart to see that his family is still waiting for answers. I grew up not too far from North Avondale, and I remember hearing about this back then. It's scary to think something like this happened so close to home. One thing that always sticks with me in cases like these is the importance of witness testimony. If anyone out there knows something, no matter how small it might seem, it could be the piece of the puzzle that detectives need. It's crucial for us as a community to help out in any way we can to bring justice for Jalen. Keeping his name out there encourages people to come forward with information and shows his loved ones that we haven’t forgotten. Does anyone know if there have been any community initiatives or vigils held for him? It could be a good way to remind people about the importance of coming forward.
