It's Philip's story that's been on my mind lately. I came across some old threads and revisited his case. I know it was a long time ago, and everyone's talked about the discovery of his remains, but I keep wondering about how he ended up off Beard Road in the first place. Were there any leads back then that hinted he'd be in those woods? With the mental health struggles he had, I guess it's understandable that he might've sought solitude. Still, the location feels so remote. I wonder if he ever visited that area before his disappearance or if it was a completely unfamiliar place to him. Makes me wish there were more details publicly available about those missing years. Did anyone else look into this aspect of the case?

Has anyone else been curious about the location where Philip Jackman's remains were found? It’s off Beard Road in Orange, Vermont, and I'm wondering if there’s anything significant about that area. I tried looking it up, and it seems pretty remote, perfect for someone wanting to get away, but I’m wondering if any locals might know more about it. Could there be any old trails or spots that might have been known for camping or hiking back in 2004? Just trying to understand why Philip might have ended up there, given his mental health struggles at the time. Any insights would be appreciated!
