I've been thinking a lot about the vigil that was held for Tavion the day after he passed. It's truly tragic that what was meant to be a moment of remembrance and unity for Tavion turned into another violent event. My heart really goes out to his family and friends who had to experience even more trauma, right when they needed support the most. It's so unsettling to know that the vigil itself became a target, making it harder for loved ones to find peace and closure. Does anyone have thoughts on how this might be impacting the investigation or why this might have happened at such a delicate time? Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about the atmosphere at the vigil for Tavion. It's just beyond disturbing that an event meant to honor his life turned violent like that. I can’t imagine what his family and friends went through, standing there trying to remember Tavion while fearing for their own safety when the shots rang out. Besides being a tragic reminder of Tavion’s senseless loss, it makes me wonder if these acts are connected or if it was just another example of escalating tensions in the area. It feels like there’s got to be someone out there who saw something or knows more than they’re saying. Hoping the police can track down those individuals from the vigil footage. Tavion and his family deserve answers and peace. ?
