Hey everyone, I’ve been following the tragic case of Eric Salter, and it's truly saddening how this loss has affected so many people. I want to talk about something that we might not think about often: the impact on the neighborhood. From what I’ve read, Mount Airy has seen a rise in violent crime, and it makes me wonder how Eric’s loss might have changed the atmosphere there. I can’t even imagine how his family is coping, knowing that every day on their streets must feel different now. And for the community, it’s this nagging anxiety, right?
