I’ve been following Paige Jones' case and honestly can’t stop thinking about the bigger picture here. Paige's death makes it the 14th female homicide in Cincinnati in 2020, which is just devastating and shocking. It's so alarming that the issue of gun violence is profoundly affecting women and altering the community landscape in such a tragic way. What are the city leaders doing about this escalating violence against women? It feels like things have reached a crisis point, and there needs to be more focus and discussion on prevention and intervention. My heart goes out to Paige’s family; I can't imagine the void her loss leaves. If anyone has suggestions on how we can support efforts to address this violence, please share!
