Has anyone else looked into Regina Tobin's involvement with the Northeast Ohio Chapter of CISV? I wonder if her work there sheds any light on who she was outside of the family context and if it could help piece together what happened. That's an organization that aims to promote peace through cross-cultural understanding, which was something Regina was really passionate about, according to those who knew her. Maybe someone here knows a little more about her contributions to CISV and whether there was anything peculiar in her recent activities there?
