I've been thinking a lot about the children who were in the apartment during the shooting. It must have been such a terrifying experience for them, and I can't imagine the lasting impact it'll have on their lives. It's so important that the community comes together to support these kids and their families. Trauma like that can have deep, long-lasting effects. I hope there are resources and counseling available to help them cope with what they've witnessed. It's heartbreaking that they had to experience something so violent at such a young age. Does anyone know if there's been any community response or initiatives to provide support for these young witnesses?
