I’ve been following the case of Wuanyae Dozier since it first happened, and it's been tough seeing how much his family has had to endure over the past four years. I can only imagine the relief mixed with pain they must feel now that an arrest has been made. I’ve been curious about the community response in Cleveland – does anyone know if there have been any recent vigils or community meetings in his memory? It’s often in these gatherings that stories and remembrances are shared, and they can bring a lot of healing. I hope Wuanyae’s story continues to resonate and encourage positive change regarding gun violence.
