Has anyone else heard about the community events Amanda’s family has been organizing? I recently read that they’ve started hosting an annual concert in her memory to raise funds for the scholarship they set up. It’s such a touching way to honor Amanda, especially considering her love for music and concerts. I think it’s incredible how Amanda’s parents are channeling their grief into something so positive for the community. Even though she’s no longer with us, it feels like they’re making sure her spirit continues to shine. Has anyone here attended these events or know more details about them?

I just came across a detail about Amanda Lynn Rush's case that speaks volumes about the kind of person she was. I read that after her passing, her coworkers at the White Castle talked about how Amanda always brought a little extra sparkle to their shifts. She had this tradition of sharing a "glitter moment," where she'd surprise someone on a rough day with a little trinket or a funny story. It's these small acts of kindness that really add up, and it breaks my heart to think that someone so caring could be lost in such a senseless act of violence. It’s amazing to see how her family is channeling their grief into positive action through the scholarship in her name. Truly hoping that the efforts Amanda’s family is making will continue to shine as brightly as she did. ?
